Welcome to Sardar Foods. The Sardar family has been a fixture in the food manufacturing, import, and export industry since 1990. Our founder, Mahfuj Sardar, brings over 25 years of international experience across Bangladesh, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Today, we are proud to be based in Reading, Berkshire.

Sardar Foods is a premier processor and wholesale distributor of Halal fresh and frozen meat, chicken, and fish. We specialize in providing high-quality packed meats, mince, poultry, and frozen fish to a wide range of clients, including:

Our products are expertly cut and ready to cook. We cater specifically to the trade with convenient packaging options, including 10kg and 20kg master cartons containing individual 1kg, 2kg, or 2.5kg packs. Our goal is to make kitchen life easier for professional chefs and retailers alike.

Meat & Poultry Highlights:

• Lamb & Mutton: Halal lamb mince (2kg), boneless lamb leg (2.5kg vacuum pack), and "curry cut" lamb or mutton on the bone (1kg).
• Beef: High-quality Halal beef cuts.
• Chicken: Halal hen (on the bone/skin-on), roaster chicken (on the bone/skin-off), and chicken breast curry pieces.
• Tandoori: Ready-to-marinate tandoori chicken (4pc packs).

Frozen Fish Selection: We offer an extensive range of freshwater and seawater fish, including Ruhi, Mirgal, Boal, Ayer (sliced in 3kg/5kg packs), Hilsa, Pabda, Tengra, Koi, Mackerel, Tilapia, Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Snapper, King Prawns (HLSO), and P&C Prawns.
